Cristina and her family moved to London in 2012 — an exciting adventure for the whole family, with some challenges and many rewarding experiences. After spending a couple of years focused on supporting the youngest members of the family, Cristina, a natural-born entrepreneur, began looking for her place in London and first joined IDCN, a non-profit organization created to support the partners of expatriates who want to continue their professional careers in their new country of residence. Later, in 2014, she joined the British Spanish Society, a non-profit organization that seeks to promote cultural relations between the United Kingdom and Spain. Within this organization, she has held various positions, including Head of Marketing and Communications and, since 2017, as a trustee, Head of Institutional Relations and Events. Cristina holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and an MBA from IE Business School. She has held various senior management positions for the Spanish government and currently works in the fashion agency world. She is also the founder of the brand Waterinas, a refreshing wellington boot brand created to bring color to London’s many rainy days. Cristina brings to All by Us her extensive experience in brand and business development strategy, her expertise in brand distribution and development in the United Kingdom, and her ability to organize communication campaigns and promotional events.

Jordi Mateu arrived in the United Kingdom in 2011 with the intention of improving his English and living a temporary experience that, over time, became a solid professional career. After his first steps working in a shop in Piccadilly Circus and various professional experiences across different sectors, he is now part of one of the country’s most recognized immigration law firms. Graduated in Protocol and Institutional Relations and in Political Science, Jordi also completed a Master’s degree in Corporate and Institutional Communication. This background has allowed him to combine academic knowledge with extensive hands-on experience in international environments. Passionate about fashion, art, and culture, he has collaborated with various institutions in the sector in the United Kingdom, building a strong network of contacts and a deep understanding of the British creative landscape. At All by Us, Jordi brings his strategic vision and intercultural sensitivity to support Spanish creators and entrepreneurs in their expansion into the UK, helping them communicate their identity and successfully position themselves in a new market.

María moved to the United Kingdom in 2011 after being awarded a Leonardo da Vinci scholarship, joining Canning House in the Culture Department. During this period, she was involved in organising cultural events and worked closely with embassies and Latin American institutions, gaining solid experience in the international cultural and institutional sphere. She holds a degree in English Philology and, after completing her scholarship, decided to settle in London — a city whose cultural energy and diversity she has always found especially inspiring. In the years that followed, she collaborated with the Instituto Cervantes and other cultural institutions, further strengthening her experience in project management, coordination and intercultural communication. For more than ten years, María has worked as a Private Personal Assistant within the High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) environment, a field that requires the highest levels of discretion, trust and anticipation. Accustomed to managing complex schedules and sensitive situations, she is recognised for her ability to resolve issues efficiently, understand the expectations of highly demanding profiles, and deliver practical solutions in contexts of absolute confidentiality. At All by Us, María brings in-depth knowledge of the UK and extensive experience working in high-demand international environments. Her practical, organised and discreet approach is key to supporting processes, structuring information and facilitating decision-making tailored to the real needs of each project.
